Dizzy is best known as the keyboardist for Guns N' Roses, with whom he has played, toured, and recorded since 1990. Beyond his tenure with GNR, he has collaborated with icons like Joe Perry, Psychedelic Furs, and Slim Jim Phantom. His contributions extend to revered records by Motorhead, Backyard Babies, and Armored Saint. Influenced by rock legends of the '60s and '70s, he honed his skills through performances at local venues. His journey led him to Los Angeles, where he conquered the famed 'Sunset Strip' stages. In 2018, he unveiled his solo debut, 'Rock 'N Roll Ain't Easy,' earning critical acclaim. He remains driven, drawing inspiration from diverse genres, and recently released his second solo album, Rock 'N' Roll Chose Me.

Crispian Mills is the front man for the English psychedelic rock band, Kula Shaker. The band came to prominence during the Britpop era of the 1990s. They enjoyed commercial success in the UK between 1996 and 1999, notching up a number of Top 10 hits on the UK singles Chart, including Tattva, Hey Dude, Govinda, Hush, and Sound of Drums. Their debut album, K, reached No. 1 on the UK Albums Chart. It was voted number 879 in Colin Larkin's All Time Top 100 Albums in 2000. Crispian is also a writer and director, known for A Fantastic Fear of Everything, Slaughterhouse Rulez, and The Winged Boy.

Spider co-founded the Pogues, along with Shane MacGowan, Jem Finer, and James Fearnely and he has appeared on all of their recordings. The band's original intent was for MacGowan and him to share vocal duties, but She decided to leave them to Shane after the first performance, opting to learn the tin whistle. He still frequently contributed backing vocals and occasional lead vocals throughout his long tenure with the band. After Shane MacGowan was fired from the Pogues in 1991, Joe Strummer filled in for him for a short period, after which Stacy assumed the role of lead vocalist. The Pogues recorded two albums with him on lead vocals: Waiting for Herb and Pogue Mahone. He resumed his original role in the band when they held reunion shows in 2001 and from 2024 and will do the same for their upcoming tour.

Chris Sarandon has been a working actor on the stage, movies and television for over 50 years. Besides his appearances on Broadway and being in countless TV series and major motion pictures, he is well known for playing Jerry Dandridge in Fright Night, Prince Humperdinck in The Princess Bride, Detective Mike Norris in Child's Play, and Jack Skellington's speaking voice in The Nightmare Before Christmas. He was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance as Leon Shermer in Dog Day Afternoon.

Jeremy is best known for playing Detective Nick Vera and the series Cold Case for 7 years. Steve Cooper talks with musician Martin Page. Martin is responsible for writing and co-writing massive hits including We Built This City (Starship), These Dreams (Heart), King of Wishful Thinking (Go West, featured in Pretty Woman), Fallen Angle (Robbie Robertson), and many more for such artists as The Commodores, Barbra Streisand, Tom Jones, Paul Young, Brian Ferry, Phil Collins, Josh Groban and Robbie Williams. He gained success in America for his own band Q-Feel with the dance hit, Dancing in Heaven, and earned a substantial pop and adult contemporary hit within the House of Stone and Light, the title track from his debut solo album. He just released his latest project, The First and Last Freedom, in the beginning of June.

Graham Bonnet got his start as a member of the duo The Marbles who worked with the Gibb brothers. He went on to establish himself as a legendary metal frontman with bands such as Rainbow and MSG, as well as Alcatrazz which he was a founding member. He has also had a very successful solo career and tours the world with the Graham Bonnet Band.

Robin is a founding member and the guitarist for UB40. UB40 is one of the most successful and influential British groups of all time, with more than 100 million albums sold, and more than 50 charting singles in the UK, including their trademark global #1 hits “Red Red Wine” and “(I Can’t Help) Falling in Love With You”; and U.S. Top 10s “Here I Am (Come and Take Me)” and “The Way You Do The Things You Do.” They have recorded over 20 studio albums and play to packed houses around the world.

Xander makes his third appearance on CooperTalk. He started off playing minor roles in 1981, with appearances in Remington Steele, Miami Vice, Moonlighting and countless other series. Much later, he also appeared on The X-Files, CSI, ER and Law & Order. As for the big screen, he counts Sid & Nancy, North Country, Terminator 2: Judgment Day, A Few Good Men, Apollo 13, Gattaca, The Rock, Air Force One, Spawn, Amistad, and Timecode as some of his credentials. In 2001, he bagged a recurring spot as George Mason, head of the Counter Terrorist Unit on the hit series 24. His character was killed off in season 2. In 2009, he was cast on the NBC sci-fi series Day One, which follows apartment residents who survive an unknown worldwide catastrophe. From 2010 to 2012, he starred on The CW’s Nikita as the villain Percy. In the following years, he was seen on Being Human, Longmire, Louder than Words, Salem, The Mentalist, Justified, 12 Monkeys, Aquarius and numerous other shows. Most recently he played Gregory in The Walking Dead, co-starred in LAbrynth with Johnny Depp and Forrest Whitaker, and stars in No Address. 

Raphael acted in his first Broadway play at the young age of sixteen, opposite Faye Dunaway and has since been in five total, including the revival of Ah, Wilderness opposite Jason Robards, and Coleen Dewhurst. At 18, just days after graduating high school, he flew to Chicago to co-star in Risky Business with Tom Cruise. He has gone on to appear in dozens of films, including Independence Day, Message in a Bottle, Vision Quest, Pearl Harbor and The Exorcist Believer. Stan Lynch is widely known as one of rock’s most tasteful timekeepers, and a founding member of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame drummer, singer-songwriter and producer has written songs for Don Henley, Ringo, Toto, The Byrds, Rita Coolidge, Meredith Brooks, Tim McGraw, Eagles, Sister Hazel, Eddie Money, The Mavericks, and The Knack. He’s also played on and produced some of the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful records in the industry.

Martyn Ware was one of the founding members of The Human League and left to form Heaven 17 who were known for many hits including Let Me Go, Temptation, (We Don't Need This) Fascist Groove Thing, and Penthouse Pavement. He contributed to Band Aid's Do They Know It's Christmas and has produced various artist's albums including Tina Turner, Billy Preston, Erasure, and Terence Trent D'arby. He is also a college professor, a keynote speaker, podcaster, and partner in an immersive 3-D soundscape and design company called the Illustrious Company.

Formerly the frontman of the short-lived bands Kat Kool & the Kool Cats, Streetband and Q-Tips, he began his solo success in the 1980s. His hit singles include "Love of the Common People, 'Wherever I Lay My Hat," "Come Back and Stay," "Every Time You Go Away," and 'Everything Must Change, all reaching the top 10 of the UK Singles Chart. Released in 1983, his debut album, No Parlez was the first of three UK number one albums. His smooth yet soulful voice belongs to a genre known as "blue-eyed soul." He won a Brit Award for Best British Male in 1985, and his hit "Every Time You Go Away" reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 and also won Best British Video at the 1986 Brit Awards. He performed on the 1984 charity single "Do They Know It's Christmas," which included singing the opening lines, and played Live Aid held at Wembley Stadium in London in July 1985. Since the mid-1990s, Young has performed with the band Los Pacaminos.

Over the past three decades, A.J. Croce has established his reputation as a piano player and vocal stylist who pulls from a host of musical traditions and anti-heroes — part New Orleans, part juke joint, part soul. From his 10 studio albums, it’s clear that he holds an abiding love for all types of musical genres: Blues, Soul, Pop, Jazz, and Rock n’ Roll. A virtuosic piano player, Croce toured with B.B. Gino is a Canadian rock singer and songwriter who had several hit songs in the 1970s and 1980s. His best-known singles include "People Gotta Move", "I Just Wanna Stop", "Living Inside Myself" and "Wild Horses". Throughout his career he was the first white artist to appear on "Soul Train," toured with Stevie Wonder, performed for Pope John Paul II, and has earned a handful of Grammy nominations, and numerous Juno Awards in his native Canada. He has recorded seventeen studio albums and still tours around the world.

Gary is best known as one of the founding members and main songwriter of Spandau Ballet. They recorded seven studio albums and scored major hits with songs such as True, Gold, Lifeline, Only When You Leave, and Communication to name a few. Gary currently is the lead guitarist from Pink Floyd's Nick Mason's Saucerful of Secrets, as well as the co-host of the popular podcast, Rockonteurs. He recently released a solo album, This Destination. 

Steve is the bassist for The Vapors. They are a new wave and power pop band that initially existed between 1978 and 1981. They are known for their hit, Turning Japanese, which hit number 3 on the UK Singles chart in 1980 and number 36 on the US Billboard Hot 100.  They reformed in 2016 and are releasing their fourth album, Wasp In A Jar.

Matt is best known for his roles as Agent Harris in The Sopranos, Representative Donatello in Brotherhood, Sheriff Lotus in Banshee, and Satan in Your Pretty Face is Going to Hell. He has also appeared in countless TV series and movies such as Billions, Barry, Bull, NCIS: New Orleans, Homeland, The Blacklist, Elementary and many others.

Not only is Rob an accomplished actor (credits include shows such as Seinfeld, NCIS, Bones, Easy to Assemble, Without a Trace, CSI: NY, Becker, and Judging Amy) but along with Keanu Reeves and Bret Domrose they comprise of the band Dogstar. They have released three albums and just recently finished a US and world tour.

After vaulting to stardom as a charismatic presence and chief collaborator in Kid Rock’s Twisted Brown Trucker Band, Uncle Kracker, kicked off a stunning solo career of his own. Glen is one of the hardest workers in the music industry. From his early days starring as Paul McCartney on Broadway in Beatlemania, to being a solo artist, to having two stints with the band Styx, to playing in various bands such as The Weeklings and The Orchestra to producing and starring in the hugely successful Summer of Love Concert Series, he has had a wonderful career.

Corin Nemec has had a professional acting career since he was a child. He is best known for his roles in "Place of Bones," "Parker Lewis Can't Lose," "I Know My First Name Is Steven," "Beverly Hills 90210," "Webster," "The Stand," "Stargate SG-1," and countless other movies and TV shows. He is also an accomplished screenwriter and graffiti artist.

Penelope got her big break when she co-starred in Biloxi Blues on Broadway. (And later the movie.) She has co-starred in movies such as The Freshman, Carlito's Way, Adventures in Babysitting, Kindergarten Cop, Big Top Pee-wee, Awakenings, The Shadow and Other People's Money and has worked with actors such as Marlon Brando, Al Pacino, Robert DeNiro, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Matthew Broderick, Alec Baldwin, and Danny DeVito. Recently she played Jeffrey Dahmer's mother in the hit Netflix series and can be soon starring opposite Dennis Quaid in Reagan.

Chris Mars was one of the co-founders of the legendary band The Replacements. He played drums with them from 1979-1990 and on all seven of their studio albums. As a solo act he has recorded six records and is a very accomplished painter. His artwork has been seen all over the world and his new book 7:42 P.M.: The Art of Chris Mars will be released in the near future.

Graham is an English singer, musician and songwriter, best known as the co-lead singer and bassist of the art rock band 10cc. He has been the band's only constant member since its formation. In 1972, along with Eric Stewart, Kevin Godley and Lol Creme, he formed 10cc and enjoyed a string of Top 10 hits, including three No 1s - Rubber Bullets, I’m Not In Love and Dreadlock Holiday – along with Donna (No 2), Art For Art’s Sake and Good Morning Judge (both reaching No 5), The Things We Do For Love and I’m Mandy Fly Me, and The Wall Street Shuffle.

Todd is the lead singer and songwriter of the band Toad the Wet Sprocket.  They formed in 1986 and broke up in 1998 and then got back together for good in 2010. They've released seven studio albums and are known for their hits All I Want, Walk on the Ocean and Fall Down. As a solo artist, Glen has recorded ten studio albums.

Gedde is best known for his characters Long Duk Dong in Sixteen Candles, Oishi Kazihiro in Gung Ho and Nurse Yosh Takata on ER. He has been seen in various TV shows and movies such as Seinfeld, Home Improvement, Becker, Mad About You, UHF, Call Me Kat and Magnum P.I. He has also done many voice acting jobs on projects including The Simpsons, Family Guy, Kung Fu Panda 4, Ultraman: Rising, American Dad! Kim Possible, and Rugrats.

Catherine Mary Stewart is an actor/director/writer who is best known for her roles in Night of the Comet, The Last Starfighter, Weekend at Bernie's, Mischief and Scenes from the Goldmine. She was also the first Kayla Brady on Days of Our Lives.

Thomas Dolby came to prominence in the 1980s, releasing hit singles including “She Blinded Me with Science” (1982) and “Hyperactive!” (1984). He has also worked as a producer and as a session musician. He is associated with the new wave movement of the early 1980s, a form of pop music incorporating electronic instruments, but Dolby’s work covers a wide range of musical styles and moods distinct from the high-energy pop sound of his few, better-known commercial successes. In the 1990s, he founded Beatnik, a Silicon Valley software company which developed the polyphonic ringtone software and created the Nokia tune. Its technology was used in more than half a billion cell phones. He was also the music director for TED Conferences. On the faculty at the Peabody Institute at Johns Hopkins University since 2014, he leads Peabody’s Music for New Media program, which enrolled its first students in the fall of 2018. He has received four Grammy nominations, two each in 1984 and 1988 and recently published his first novel, "Prevailing Wind."

Keith recently released a Netflix special called Different Strokes. Though his career he has performed or been on Comedy Central, Expecting Amy, Gotham Comedy Live, Chelsea Lately, WTF with Marc Maron, The Wanda Sykes Show, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Showtime at the Apollo, Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn and many more. He has also been seen in various movies including Trainwreck and The King of Staten Island.

Ivan is the lead vocalist and founding member of Men Without Hats, best known for the hit songs The Safety Dance and Pop Goes the World. The band broke up in 1993 but reformed in 2002-2003 and then reunited for good in 2010. They have released nine studio albums and still tour the world.

Johnny has had a long career as a professional drummer. He got his first break with the British rock band Waysted and he hasn't looked back. After that he played with Britny Fox during the height of their popularity and has played with Doro since 1993. He also just joined the band Tyketto.

Greg s best known as a founding member of the rock band Smash Mouth and served as a guitarist and songwriter across several stints. He wrote their hits All Star, Walkin' on the Sun, Then the Morning Comes and many others. he is currently in the supergroup The Defiant.

Ian started his career fronting the band Mott the Hoople who were best known for their hit, All the Young Dudes. After he left them to pursue a solo career, he has gone on to record over twenty studio albums. His most notable was You're Never Alone with a Schizophrenic which included the hits, Cleveland Rocks, Ships and Just Another Night.

Ross is the one of the founding members of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame band, Journey. He played bass with them from 1973 - 1985 and again from 1995 - 2020. He has played on all of Journey's albums except for 1986's Raised on Radio and 2022's Freedom. He recently released his debut solo record, All of the Above.

Jack Hues is best known for being the lead singer and guitarist for the band Wang Chung. Between 1983 and 1987 Wang Chung had five Top 40 hits including Dance Hall Days, Everybody Have Fun Tonight and Let's Go. The band recorded the soundtrack for the film To Live and Die in L.A. and had a song in John Hughes' movie the Breakfast Club. They have broken up and gotten back together over the years and a few years released Orchesography which is a greatest hits compilation recorded with the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra. He also plays with the jazz influenced Jack Hues Quartet and has recorded two solo albums, Primitif and Electro: Acoustic Works 20:20.

Buck is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist from Blue Oyster Cult who recently celebrated their 50th anniversary. He has written and done the vocals on their biggest hits which are Don't Fear the Reaper, Godzilla, and Burning for You. Blue Oyster Cult still tours to sold out crowds and has recorded sixteen studio albums.

Rich Redmond is the drummer for Jason Aldean. He has drummed on over 25 number one hits, performed on countless TV shows and has toured the world playing in front of sold-out crowds. He is also a highly sought after keynote speaker who has been hired by various corporations and universities. He recently published his third book, Making it in Country Music: An Insider's Look at the Industry.

Mick Mars is the lead guitarist and one of the co-founders of Motley Crue. Over the course of their career, they have toured the world, packed stadiums and sold over 25 million albums in the US and 100 million around the globe. Mick retired from the band two years ago and recently released his first solo album, The Other Side of Mars, to rave reviews. 

Tom Bailey is one of the founding members of Thompson Twins. They were an iconic 80s band who played Live Aid and were known for their hits Lies, Love on Your Side, We Are Detective, Watching, Hold Me Now, Doctor! Doctor!, You Take Me Up, Sisters of Mercy, The Gap, Lay Your Hands on Me, King for a Day, Revolution, and Nothing in Common. 

Guthrie Govan is an English guitarist and guitar teacher, known for his work with the bands The Aristocrats, Asia, GPS, The Young Punx, and the Fellowship, as well as his solo project Erotic Cakes. More recently, he has collaborated with Steven Wilson and Hans Zimmer. He is a noted guitar teacher, working with the UK magazine Guitar Techniques, Guildford's Academy of Contemporary Music, Lick Library, and formerly the Brighton Institute of Modern Music.  He was named "Guitarist of the Year" by Guitarist magazine in 1993.

Dunstan is a British musician and filmmaker who is perhaps best known for his work with Leeds based anarcho-punk band Chumbawamba of which he was a founding member.  At the beginning of 1982, he joined Chumbawamba and was the lead singer of the band's biggest hit single, Tubthumping. (It peaked at number six on the US Billboard Hot 100.) He left the band at the end of 2004. He is the lead singer of Interrobang?!, an agitprop post-punk band he formed in 2012 with ex-Chumbawamba drummer Harry Hamer and ex-Regular Fries guitarist Stephen Griffin. They released a critically acclaimed eponymous album in 2018. He also has been directing documentaries, his latest was about his former band and titled, "I Get Knocked Down."

Joe Bonamassa is an American blues rock guitarist, singer and songwriter. He started his career at age twelve, when he opened for B.B. King. Since 2000, Bonamassa has released fifteen solo albums through his independent record label J&R Adventures, of which eleven have reached No. 1 on the Billboard Blues chart. He has played alongside many notable blues and rock artists and has earned three Grammy Awards nominations. Among guitarists, he is known for his extensive collection of vintage guitars and amplifiers.

Artimus Pyle played drums with the southern rock band Lynyrd Skynyrd from 1974 to 1977 and from 1987 to 1991. He was on the records Nuthin' Fancy, Gimme Back My Bullets, Street Survivors and Lynyrd Skynyrd 1991. He and his bandmates were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2006. He now heads up the Artimus Pyle Band who just released the album Anthems: Honoring the Music of Lynyrd Skynyrd.
