Steve Cooper talks with actor Ben Weber. Ben has been a recurring character in the shows Sex and the City, Everwood, The West Wing and The Secret Life of the American Teenager. He has also been a guest star on such shows as ER, Law & Order, Medium and Six Feet Under and been in various movies including Twister, Kissing Jessica Stein, Coach Carter and The Christmas Card. He has appeared in numerous commercials the most notable being one of the Caveman for Geico and the father on the Oscar Mayer cutting board campaign and has been seen on many Funny or Die shorts.

Steve Cooper talks with actor/writer Timothy Stack. Timothy is best known for his roles as Notch Johnson on Son of the Beach, the father on Parker Lewis Can't Lose and the host of the talk show spoof Night Stand with Dick Dietrick. He has appeared in shows such as Benson, Laverne & Shirley, Night Court, The Wonder Years, Seinfeld, Wings, Malcolm in the Middle, The Golden Girls and had a recurring character in Punky Brewster. He also starred in the skits Pumpcast News on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and played a fictional version of himself on My Name is Earl which he also wrote for. Currently he is a staff writer on Raising Hope and recently sold a movie to Lifetime. 

Steve Cooper talks with actor/comedian Mo Collins. Mo is best known for being on MADtv for 6 seasons. She did a multitude of impressions and developed the extremely popular character, Lorraine Swanson. Some of her other TV appearances include the shows Curb Your Enthusiasm, Arrested Development, Parks and Recreation, According to Jim, Men of a Certain Age and Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide. She has also lent her voice to the shows Family Guy, The Fairly Oddparents, Invader ZIM and Pound Puppies and was in the hit movie The 40-Year-Old Virgin.

 

Steve Cooper talks with guitarist/singer Gilby Clarke. Gilby is best know for his 3 years playing with Guns N' Roses. After moving to LA he joined the band Candy which he left later to form Kills for Thrills. He then joined G N' R and after their breakup he started his solo career. Besides fronting his own band he has played in the bands such as Rock Star Supernova, Slash's Snakepit and Colonel Parker. He has also toured with Nancy Sinatra and Heart.

Steve Cooper talks with actor Bob Clendenin. Bob has appeared in over 100 national commercials but is best known for his TV work. He has been a co-star or recurring character in series such as Caroline in the City, Popular, Felicity, That 70's Show, Good Morning Miami, The Middle, Scrubs, My Name is Earl, Monk, CSI, Desperate Housewives, The Closer and currently Cougar Town. He has also been a guest on the series Ally McBeal, NYPD Blue, Weeds, Ugly Betty, Longmire, The League, Anger Management and numerous others. As for the big screen he was in the movies LA Confidential and Dude Where's My Car. He's is now filming a series for Hulu called Quickdraw. 

Steve Cooper talks with director/actor/writer John Asher. John got his start in commercials and then booked some small parts on such shows as Beverly Hills 90210, Step by Step, Who's the Boss and Married With Children which led to a co-starring role in the series Weird Science. He then changed gears and pursued directing where he took the helm on such movies as Chick Flick and Diamonds. He also co-starred/directed the series Going to California and was director for 3 seasons on One Tree Hill. Currently he still acts appearing on the shows The Mentalist and In Plain Sight to name a few and recently directed the movie Somebody Marry me that is shot in one continuous 98 minute shot, the longest in Hollywood history. 

Steve Cooper talks with actor Ernest Thomas. Ernest is best know for his role of Roger Thomas on the 70's sitcom What's Happening and reprised the role in the sequel What's Happening Now. He began his career on Broadway and then moved to LA and got a role on the Jeffersons. He has also had roles in the TV shows such as In the Heat of the Night, Martin, The Steve Harvey Show, Baretta and Soul Food. His movie appearances include Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star, A Piece of the Action and The Lords of Salem and he has appeared in both of the critically acclaimed projects Roots and Malcolm X. Recently he was the recurring role of Mr. Omar in Everybody Hates Chris and has also has written two books and makes many personal appearances.

Steve Cooper talks with actor Dennis Haskins. Dennis is best known for his role as Richard Belding in the hit Saved by the Bell. He then reprised the role in Saved by the Bell: The New Class and also portrayed the role as a regular in Good Morning, Miss Bliss. Throughout his career he has appeared in numerous series in including Magnum, P.I., The Dukes of Hazzard, Amazing Stories, Hangin' with Mr. Cooper, The Practice, The West Wing, Jag, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Men of a Certain Age, Victorious, How I Met Your Mother and Mad Men. He has also recorded an album called Karaoke With Your favorite Principal Dennis and currently books many projects in Hollywood and makes personal appearances and does motivational speaking.

Steve Cooper talks with editor Jonathan Shaw. Jonathan started his career in Florida on the movies Jaws 3-D and The Heavenly Kid which led him to Hollywood where he worked side by side with David Lynch on the cult classic Blue Velvet. Since then he has worked on many different projects including the films Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey, Little Giants, Siegfried & Roy: The Magic Box, Buddy and What the #$*! Do We Know and the TV series Twin Peaks, Blind Justice, Over There, Commander in Chief and Raising the Bar, which he also was a producer on. He currently has been working on documentaries for the NatGeo channel and other various projects around Hollywood.

Steve Cooper talks with writer John Matta. John has worked on many TV shows including The Andy Dick Show, The Martin Short Show, The Jamie Kennedy Experience, Beware of Batman and many, many others. For the last 3 years he's been writing and illustrating cartoons on napkins. His widely reviewed and critically acclaimed blog "Matta Napkin" combines two things he loves... eating & drawing. He also has been pitching projects around town and written numerous screenplays.

Steve Cooper talks with director/writer/actor Richie Keen. Richie is one of the resident directors on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, having directed multiple episodes. Other recent directing credits include multiple episodes of the upcoming ABC comedy Mixology as well as New Girl and Enlisted for Fox. He also directed the entire second season of Important Things with Demetri Martin for Comedy Central. He served as co-creator, executive producer and director on the Spike ½ hour pilot Kings by Night and did the same for Fox’s Living with Abandon. After a very successful career in front of the camera starring in dozens of sitcoms and national commercials, Richie became one of Hollywood's top acting coaches. Working with the famous, infamous and soon to be famous, Richie quickly became the go-to guy for comedy which taught him to be a true actor's director. Most recently he directed episodes of Raising Hope for Fox and Sirens for USA.

                            
                               

Steve Cooper talks with writer Jerry Stahl. Jerry is best known for his memoir about addiction Permanent Midnight which a film adaption was made starring Ben Stiller. He has also written seven novels including I, Fatty, Love Without, Perv - A Love Story, Plainclothed Naked and the recently published Happy Mutant Baby Pills. His TV writing credits include ALF, Thirtysomething, Moonlighting, Northern Exposure, Twin Peaks and CSI. He has also written the HBO movie Hemingway & Gellhorn and the hit Bad Boys 2. 

Steve Cooper talks with actor Ray Abruzzo. Ray is best known for his role as Little Carmine Lupertazzi in The Sopranos as well as for playing police sergeant John Zorelli on Dynasty and detective Michael McGuire in The Practice. A very familiar face to TV his some of his other credits include NCIS, Murder She Wrote, L.A. Law, House M.D, Night Court,NYPD Blue, Law & Order SVU, Bones, In Plain Sight and Mad Men. He has been seen on the stage of The Pasadena Playhouse in the play Mauritius and played the title role in Lombardi. He recently starred in the longest single shot movie in American film history, Somebody Marry Me.  

Steve Cooper talks with actor Ben Lipitz. Ben attended the prestigious California Institute of the Arts in the BFA acting program and has worked consistently for three decades on stage, in film and on TV. For twelve years Ben has starred as Pumbaa in the Broadway and North American tour of Disney's The Lion King. Other credits include Max in The Producers, Pseudolus in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum and Policy Pickle in Red, White and Blue to name just a few. He's a member of the famed Actor's Studio in New York and was nominated for a Barrymore at the Walnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia for his role as Michael in God of Carnage. He also teaches acting at many professional theatre companies and is a faculty member of the Broadway Audition Workshop.

Steve Cooper talks with comic Brendon Walsh. Brendon won the Funniest Person in Austin in 2004 which led to an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live as his original character Scary Monster. After that he appeared on season 9 on Comedy Central's Premium Blend and on season 4 of Last Comic Standing. In 2008 he appeared in the New Faces showcase in the Just For Laughs festival in Montreal and returned in 2010 to tape a special for HBO. Most recently he appeared on Conan on TBS and on two episodes of John Oliver's New York Stand-Up Show. He also recorded a half hour stand up special for Comedy Central and currently headlines all over the country and has started to appear in TV shows like FX's Legit.

Steve Cooper talks with actor Ken Lerner. Ken came to Hollywood after studying with Stella Adler in New York and performing in many Off- Broadway plays. He was immediately cast in Happy Days where he played Rocko Malachi and a few other characters. Over the last 25 years he has continually worked. He has appeared in such shows as Big Bang Theory, NYPD Blue, Chicago Hope, ER, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The Commish, Dharma and Greg, In Plain Sight, Southland and The Mentalist. Some of his movie credits include The Fabulous Baker Boys, Unlawful Entry, Project X, The Story of Us and Running Man. He is a familiar face to commercials doing spots for Snickers, Federal Express, McDonald's, Immodium, Delta and just finished up a major campaign for T-Mobile. He is also one of the top acting teachers and coaches in Hollywood.  

Steve Cooper talks with actor Dan Bakkedahl. Dan made a name for himself in Chicago at the Improv Olympic performing in the two-man show ZUMPF and then went on to perform at the Second City mainstage. His first major television work was on Comedy Central's The Daily Show where he served as a correspondent from 2005 to 2007. After moving to LA he has had supporting roles in films such as Observe and Report, This Is 40 and most recently The Heat. On TV he appeared in a series of commercials for T-Mobile and has been on shows such as Curb Your Enthusiasm, 30 Rock and The United States of Tara and has had recurring roles on Community and Veep. He currently stars in the FX comedy Legit.

Steve Cooper talks with singer Terri Nunn. Terry joined the new wave techno-pop band for good in 1981. Their greatest success was the top-selling 1986 single Take My Breath Away, the love theme in the film Top Gun. It reached the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100. She also sang the other hits, Sex (I'm A...), The Metro, No More Words and Masquerade. In 1985 she left Berlin to embark on a solo career that included recording a song for the movie Better Off Dead and performing a duet with Paul Carrack. She also sang with the bands The Sisters of Mercy and Sin City. She reformed Berlin in 1996 and they have been performing live in the US and around the world and recording albums since then including their latest Animal.

Steve Cooper talks with actor/comic/writer Bill Dawes. Bill has been in several award-winning independent films, including Evenhand, Fiona and Adam and has had starring roles in two MGM Studio's children's movies - Just for Kicks and Recipe for Disaster as well as being in the cult classic I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell. On TV he has been seen on Law & Order, OZ, Sex and the City, Criminal Intent and Rizzoli & Isles. As a stage actor he was on Broadway playing Paul Hornung in the critically acclaimed Lombardi and will return as Mickey Mantle and Thurman Munson is Bronx Bombers. Through his comedy he has performed all over the US and the world, including tours of Canada, Hong Kong, the Philippines and South Africa. In 2012 he was the only American invited to the New Zealand Comedy Festival.

Steve Cooper talk with actor Maggie Wheeler. Maggie is best known for her recurring characters Janice in Friends, Linda in Everybody Loves Raymond and most recently Ophelia in Californication. She has had roles in a plethora shows including Ellen, Curb Your Enthusiasm, How I Met Your Mother, Will & Grace, Without a Trace, ER, Friday Night Lights, The X-Files and Perception and starred in the movie The Parent Trap. She also has lent her voice to various series such as Silverhawks, The New Batman Adventures and Archer. When not acting she teaches vocal workshops and performs a capella with the Golden Bridge Community Choir which she is one of the founders of.

Steve Cooper talks with writer/comic/actor Rick Najera. Rick has credits in film, television, theatre and Broadway. Early in his career he was inspired and mentored by Oscar-winning actress Whoopi Goldberg, Keenen Ivory Wayans and comic legend Cheech Marin. He has written for the shows In Living Color, Townsend TV and MADtv to name a few. He has also penned the screenplays Taco Shop and Nothing Like the Holidays. He has acted in various projects from the West Wing to Spin City to the movie A Day Without a Mexican. He made his Broadway debut with his show Latinologues in 2005 which he still performs all over the country. In September 2013 he released his fourth book, the thought-provoking and comedic memoir, Almost White: Forced Confessions of Latino in Hollywood.

Steve Cooper talks with actor Cory Jacob. Cory is very recognizable from his popular NFL commercial currently airing where he plays Gary, a huge Seattle Seahawks fan and has appeared in commercials for Big Lots!, StubHub, Quelf!, Fazolis, San Diego Tourism, E. Milione to name a few and co-starred with Celeb Chef Robert Irvine in a spot for EasyIce. He was also the spokesman for the GolfNow campaign on The Golf Channel and has starred in multiple indie feature films and filmed the lead in a pilot for The Travel Channel this year. He currently stays busy by booking gigs and performing in one of his three Improv troops that perform all over the Los Angeles area.

Steve Cooper talks with actor Peter Onorati. Peter has amassed quite the resume over his years in the business. He has starred in the TV series Cop Rock, Civil Wars, Murder One and Joe's Life and has appeared in shows that include Kate & Allie, Tales from the Crypt, The Pretender, NYPD Blue, Nash Bridges, Walker Texas Ranger, ER, Sex and the City, Everybody Hates Chris, Monk, NCIS, CSI:NY, Cold Case, Boston Legal, Desperate Housewives, The Mentalist, Glades, Rizzoli & Isles, Sons of Anarchy, Blue Bloods and Castle. He also lends his voice to many different projects including Teen Titans, Justice League and Batman Beyond. Currently he is working on two television pilots that are being pitched around town and will be one of the stars of a new TBS series coming out in 2014.

Steve Cooper talks with actor/singer-songwriter Kathleen Wilhoite. Kathleen is best known for her recurring roles in the TV shows ER and Gilmore Girls. She has also appeared on Cop Rock, Twin Peaks, Ally McBeal, Mad About You, 24, Grey's Anatomy, Criminal Minds and The Mentalist to name a few. Her movie appearances include Pay It Forward, Road House, Lorenzo's Oil, Color of Night and Angel Heart. On the music front she has recorded two albums and her songs have appeared in many films and television series including Murphy's Law and Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Steve Cooper talks with actor Kate Flannery. Kate is best known for playing Meredith Palmer on all the seasons of The Office. She's a former member of The Second City's national touring company and an original member of Chicago's Annoyance Theatre and performed in the stage hit Valley of the Dolls in both New York City and Los Angeles. She also was a member of the band Mono Puff and toured with the band. Some of her other TV credits include The Bernie Mac Show, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Last Comic Standing, The Jay Leno Show and Chelsea Lately to name a few. She currently hosts Standup in Stilettos and performs in the popular fake lounge act The Lampshades.

Steve Cooper talks with actor Louis Lombardi. Louis co-starred in the 1993 Sundance Film Festival Amongst Friends that led him to a role in Oliver Stone's Natural Born Killers. After that he hasn't looked back. He has appeared in the movies Beer League, The Usual Suspects, Suicide Kings, Beverly Hills Cop III, The Animal and Deuces Wild just to name a few and on TV he starred in the remake of Fantasy Island and in EZ Streets. His guest roles include Las Vegas, Entourage and CSI, however he is best known for playing Agent Skip Lipari in The Sopranos and Edgar Stiles on 24. He currently has a line of Italian food products that will be in store's soon and was just featured in Clint Eastwood's film, Jersey Boys.

Steve Cooper talks with actor Mindy Sterling. Mindy is best known for her role as Frau Farbissina in the Austin Powers movies. She is very active with the LA based comedy group The Groundlings and her film rolls include Drop Dead Gorgeous and How the Grinch Stole Christmas. On the TV front she has been one of the stars or recurring characters on A.N.T. Farm, My Own Worst Enemy, iCarly, Desperate Housewives and Legit to name a few. She also does voice work where some of her credits include The Legend of Korra, Chowder, Ice Age: The Meltdown, Robot Chicken, Kick Buttowski, Mars Needs Moms and The Looney Tunes Show.

Steve Cooper talks with actor Paul Carafotes. Paul is possibly known for playing Wayne Dyer in Knots Landing from 1988 to 1990. He was a hit at the age 20 in the independent movie Headin' for Broadway. Since then he has appeared in movies such as All the Right Moves, Clan of the Cave Bear, Blind Date and Fight Club to name a few. He also has been seen on TV shows like Castle, ER, CSI, Without a Trace and played the Man in Overcoat on Damages. He wrote and directed the short movie Club Soda which starred James Gandolfini, Lou Gosset, Joe Mantegna and Michael Rispoli. He currently just finished writing his second children's book in the Charlie Bubbles series. 

Steve Cooper talks with comic ANT. ANT was a regular cast member on the WB series Unhappily Ever After and was on Last Comic Standing and appeared on six of the show's seven seasons being a contestant, a guest and a judge. He was the host of VH1's Celebrity Fit Club and was a regular judge on Steve Harvey's Big Time. His television series, U.S. of Ant was on the Logo network and he has appeared on Best Week Ever, CNBC's Dennis Miller, The Tyra Banks Show, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and The Howard Stone. Currently he performs stand-up comedy across the country and gives anti-bullying speeches to college students.

Steve Cooper talks with actor Dean Cameron. Dean is best known for his role as Francis "Chainsaw" Gremp in the movie Summer School and co-starred in Ski School and Ski School II. On television he starred in the series Spencer, Fast Times, They Came from Outer Space and Mister Sterling and has appeared on The Facts of Life, ALF, Felicity, ER, Newsroom and Psych to name a few. He recently toured with a two-person show that he wrote called The Nigerian Spam Scam Scam which was performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Comedy Festival, the Just for Laughs Festival and the Upright Citizens Brigade. He also wrote and directed the short film Glutton Falls and directed the video Fat Girl for the heavy metal band Steel Panther. 

Steve Cooper talks with comic/author John Wing. John, hailing from Canada has appeared in the Montreal Comedy Festival 7 times and the Just For Laughs National Comedy tour twice. He has performed at every Winnipeg Comedy Festival since it started in 2000 and has done the Halifax Comedy Festival four times and the Edmonton Comedy Festival twice. Since moving to LA in 1988 he has done The Tonight Show six times and has also appeared on Evening at the Improv, Comic Strip Live, MTV's Half Hour Comedy Hour and VH1's Stand-Up Spotlight to name a few. He recently was a semi-finalist on America's Got Talent and is about to publish his eighth book of Poetry.

Steve Cooper talks with actor/comedian Brian Huskey. Brian has been an improviser and sketch comedy performer at the Upright Citizen's Brigade in New York and Los Angeles for years. He was a correspondent on The Onion News Network and early in his television career performed in sketches for Late Night with Conan O'Brien and was a regular on VH1's Best Week Ever. He has been seen in many comedy programs such as Community, Parks & Recreation, Happy Endings, Animal Practice, Workaholics and Veep and has acted in the movies including Superbad, Step Brothers, Semi-Pro, Meet Dave and This is the End. He has also appeared in numerous commercials for the products Sonic, Wendy's, T-Mobile and Toyota. He currently has a recurring role on Adult Swim's Children's Hospital.

 

Steve Cooper talks with actor/voice actor Spike Spencer. Spike an accomplished on-camera actor, has worked with such notable stars as Tommy Lee Jones, Sandra Bullock, Frank Langella, Tia Carrere, and Scott Glenn and has been on set with many other stars. Spike has lent his voice to numerous radio and TV commercials and in the world of animation, he has been voices in Peter Rabbit, Space Dogs, Supa Pirate Booty Hunt, DrugBunny, and more. He has also voiced hundreds of episodes of Anime, including such notable titles as Evangelion, Bleach, Vampire Knight, Durarara!, Battle Angel, Suikoden, Orphen, Spriggan, Nadesico, Mar, PreTear, Buso Renkin, Gundam, Code Geass 2, and Kekkaishi. As an author, Spike has penned several titles including, How to Be A Frickin Genius Voice Actor, Step One, What Happens At The Con, Stays At The Con?, and soon to be released Don’t Kill Your Date (and Other Cooking Tips).

Steve Cooper talks with actor/comic/host Christine Blackburn. Christine has performed stand-up, wrote, produced and acted in her own one-woman show The Big Picture and has appeared in over 60 national commercials throughout the years. She spent two years as the co-host of the USA Network series Ready For The Weekend Movie and on the acting front‚ has starred in three feature films, Halloween Party, Interviewing Norman and the Wedding Video. Currently her podcast, Story Worthy just celebrated it's 3rd anniversary and is going strong and her game show Shotgun Story Worthy - the first Storytelling Game Show! is performed around LA frequently. 

Steve Cooper talks with comic/musician Joe Sib. Joe spent the 90's playing in punk rock bands with a relentless touring around the world, then moved behind the scenes as co-owner as Side One Dummy Records where he signed and released albums from Flogging Molly, The Gaslight Anthem, Anti-Flag and many more. Ever the music enthusiast with a wealth of stories only a touring musician could boast, he started to host the Complete Control radio show in 2004, which airs in seven cities across the country. Instead of abating his energy, the show added more fuel to fire and spawned not only his one-man show called California Calling: A Story of Growing Up Punk Rock, but also an unexpected leap into stand-up comedy.

Steve Cooper talks with actor Ammar Daraiseh. Ammar received his Master's Degree in Acting from The Theatre School of DePaul University. After that he performed in many stage productions throughout Chicago including Anna Karenina, Major Barbara and MacBeth. He has been seen on TV in the shows The Shield, Early Edition, Lost, West Wing, Alias, Without a Trace, Flash Forward and Jag to name a few and can also be seen in many movies including The Guardian, Saving Jessica Lynch, The Princess & The Marine, Jarhead, US Marshalls and Bad Company. He currently is starring and producing the web series The Devil's Interview that will be out later this year.

Steve Cooper talks with comic/actor/writer Ron Lynch. Ron started his career in Boston as part of a comedy team. After awhile he broke off on his own and moved West. He has appeared in a number of movies and TV shows. He has worked as a voice actor for numerous shows including Home Movies, Bob's Burgers and Tom Goes to Mayor and has made appearances on Dr. Katz: Professional Therapist, The Sarah Silverman Program, Andy Richter Controls the Universe and Adventure Time to name a few. He currently hosts a weekly music and comedic variety show called Tomorrow! every Saturday night in Hollywood at the Steve Allen Theater.

Steve Cooper talks with magician Jason Latimer. Jason is an American Illusionist best known for starring in the six live British television specials on the BBC One's Magicians and winning the competition overall. His notoriety as an artist comes from his designs and performances in the United Kingdom, France and the United States as well as the World Championships of Magic. He is the third American in history to be awarded magic's highest honor of being titled The Grand Prix World Champion of Magic which he won in 2003. In 2009 his contributions in illusion, science and technology earned him an invite to be a presenter and performer at The Origins Symposium at Arizona State University. He also has degrees and fields of study in Mathematics, Economics and Applied Physics with research in multiple fields in Psychology of perception and attention from University California Santa Barbara.

Steve Cooper talks with comic/actor Mike Ivy. Mike was a mainstay in New York City during the comedy boom of the early 90s. During that time he appeared on Comedy Central, MTV, VH1 and A&E. He moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting and has been seen in shows and movies such as It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, 2 Broke Girls, Fred & Vinnie and Children's Hospital. He was also a regular cast member on The Sarah Silverman Program. A familiar face to commercials he can currently be seen in a few national spots including one for Old Spice.

He’s also showcased at the prestigious Montreal Comedy Festival and is a regular guest on Chelsea Lately. He's about to release his second comedy CD and headlines at clubs across the country.

Steve Cooper talks with actor/writer/comic Joe Dalo. Joe knew Steve back in the Philadelphia comedy scene. He is a veteran entertainer who has performed all over the world and was the Hollywood FX expert on Disney's CODE:9.  He has been seen nationally in a Boring to Brilliant commercial and also has been working in Hollywood for over a decade, both behind and in front of the camera.  He has spent over 25 years performing as an Actor, Director, Stand-up Comic, Art Director, Writer, FX  and Host. He can currently be seen on a national commercial for Vitamin Water and is part of the cast of the hugely popular play All About Walken.

Steve Cooper talks with comic Johnny Cardinale. Johnny is a Los Angeles based comic but has traveled to all 50 states to perform at Colleges and Comedy Clubs. He has also done 7 overseas tours entertaining our troops in 3 different continents. Steve Cooper talks with weathercaster/comic Fritz Coleman. Fritz is NBC4′s weathercaster on the weekday editions of Channel 4 News, airing at 5, 6 and 11 p.m. A Southern California broadcasting icon, he is well known for his sense of humor and extensive knowledge of weather. He joined NBC4 in February 1982, as the weekend weathercaster, and moved up to weekdays in June 1984. A long-time stand-up comic, he has performed at The Improvisation, The Ice House and other Southern California comedy clubs. He has utilized his humor in a number of series and specials that have aired on NBC4 over the years including What a Week, It’s Fritz, Fritz and Friends and The Perils of Parenting. He received four Los Angeles area Emmy Awards for his work on the NBC4 comedy specials and series and has appeared numerous times over the years on The Tonight Show.

Steve Cooper talks with actor Suzy Nakamura. Suzy began her career in the touring company of The Second City, and later opened the first two shows at The Second City Detroit. After moving to Los Angeles, she began guest starring on television, eventually landing recurring roles on The West Wing and Curb Your Enthusiasm. She has appeared in over 100 television episodes. Recent guest star credits include In Plain Sight, How I Met Your Mother, Castle and Bones, as well as recurring roles on Modern Family and Men of a Certain Age. Her film credits include the notable independents Timecode Sundance Special Jury Prize winner Treasure Island and Harmony and Me. She has also been in Free Samples and Judd Apatow's This Is 40. Recently she co-starred in Matthew Perry's NBC series Go On and in her spare time, she makes regular appearances in various improvisational and sketch comedy shows around Los Angeles.

Steve Cooper talks with actress Lily Holleman. Lily has appeared both on stage and on screen. She was one of the stars of the hugely popular All About Walken and has starred in major productions Coney Island Christmas and Circle Mirror Transformation to name a few. As for the screen she worked opposite of Tracey Ullman in the series State of the Union and has been seen on Campus Ladies, Southland, Sonny with a Chance and Queen Sized and many others. She recently won Best Newcomer and Best Actress at Method Fest for the movie @urFrenz and currently is starring and producing a movie called The Lady Killers.

Jon has performed, and continues to perform, stand up all over the country. He has appeared on Season 4 of Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham" and his first CD “Fantasticular Hilaritation” is available on ITunes. He has also done television commercials for companies such as Milwaukee’s Best Light, Capital One, Boost Mobile, AT&T, Burger King, Starbucks and ESPN and from drunken bum to undercover cop he has portrayed several characters during the run of MTV’s popular hidden camera show Punk’d.  Most recently he appeared on VH1’s Undateable and his first feature, Garbage can be found on NetFlix.

Steve Cooper talks with comic Darren Carter. Darren, a frequent CooperTalk guest is known as The Party Starter and brings his high energy comedy to clubs, colleges and private events all across the country. He has performed on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Comedy Central, Comics Unleashed, BET's Comic View and recently had his own half hour Showtime special. He was a supporting character in the movie Be Cool and currently co-hosts the very popular Dick and Darren comedy podcast. He also has released two top selling comedy CDs and did his Snoop Dogg impression for the rapper at his family reunion.

Steve Cooper talks with actor and voice over artist Amir Talai. Amir has appeared on many TV shows including Castle, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Adventures in Home Schooling, Nip/Tuck, Gilmore Girls, Mad Tv and Cold Case to name a few.He played Raza in the movie Harold and Kumar Escape from Guatanamo Bay and has also been in over 50 commercials. He is also the voice of Master Crane in Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness and voiced the same character in the Kung Fu Panda 2 video game and has performed in the stage version of Guys and Dolls at the legendary Hollywood Bowl.

Steve Cooper talks with actor Tom Choi. Tom, after graduating the University of Washington moved to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career. Since then he has landed roles in various TV shows including The Shield, Las Vegas, CSI:Miami, Bones, Criminal Minds, Franklin & Bash, The Closer, House of Lies, Southland and has a recurring role on A.N.T. Farm. He has also appeared on the big screen in the hits Minority Report and Hall Pass. He attended the LACC School of Cinema and Televison and now adds producing, directing and writing to his credits and also performs stand-up comedy. 

Steve Cooper talks with comic/actor/writer Sheldon Anderson. Sheldon while growing up in North Dakota had appeared in dozens of local television spots, selling everything from potato chips to hardware by the time he was 12. He is a frequent headliner at The Comedy Store and the Hollywood Improv.  His ability to speak Spanish and his knowledge of the world has combined to form an intelligent, fun and bilingual look at the world we live in.  He has performed for sold out crowds across the country. He continues to appear in numerous national commercials and has been in episodes of The Man Show and Manswers. He can be seen as the cocky and hilarious Venice Beach Officer Art Fierro in the series Smoked and also wrote, produced and stars in the upcoming series Roswell Oswald Conspiracy Theorist.
