Steve Cooper talks with actor/writer Toby Huss. Toby voices two of the characters on 'King of the Hill" and has done many more voice-over gigs. As an actor he has appeared on "Curb Your Enthusiasm" and was a regular on HBO's "Carnivale" and the "Nikki" show. He also is an accomplished Crooner and Painter.
