Steve Cooper talks with actor Abraham Benrubi. Abraham is best known for his appearances as Jerry Markovic on the long-running U.S. TV drama ER, for his first role as Larry Kubiac on the series Parker Lewis Can't Lose and for his voice acting on the Adult Swim claymation series Robot Chicken. His first major part was on the show Wings, as Roy "R.J." Biggins, Jr., Roy's gay son. He would appear as R.J. twice: once during the show's second season, and again during the seventh season. He has co-starred or been a recurring character in many popular series such as Happy Town, Memphis Beat, Men in Trees, Bosch and The Bridge and guest starred in numerous shows including Criminal Minds, Once Upon a Time, Roseanne, Bones, American Dad!, The X-Files and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. He also has a impressive movie resume being in the films Open Range, Without a Paddle, The Man Who Wasn't There, U Turn, Twister, Miss Congeniality 2 and Big Hero 6 to name a few.

Steve Cooper talks with singer Tiffany. Tiffany has earned two number one hit singles I Think We're Alone Now and Could’ve Been, and set a record as the youngest female artist to top the Billboard charts with her debut album.  In 2000 Billboard Magazine described Tiffany’s album The Color of Silence as “thoughtful, intelligent, and full of grace” and ranked it among the “Top Ten Best Albums of the Year”. She has sold over 15 million albums to date. She has guest stared on reality TV shows such as Food Network’s Rachael Ray VS. Guy: Celebrity Cook Off, ABC’s Celebrity Wife Swap, VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club, A&E’s Celebrity Ghost Stories and Food Network Challenge. She also headlined Good Morning America’s Summer Concert Series. As an actress Tiffany starred in SyFy Channel’s hit and campy movie’s Mega Piranha and Mega Python vs Gatoroid, in which the sci-fi disaster movie had her feuding with fellow pop star Debbie Gibson.  For someone who has spent her life touring around the world, it’s surprising to discover she has an extreme fear of flying. Consequently the singer is always in her car and it’s in the car where she gets her inspiration and does most of her writing. Those personal journals and stories inspired both the new music and to name her album after all those miles she’s driven… A Million Miles. In 2016 she will continue touring in the US and Europe.

Steve Cooper talks with actor Jane Sibbett. Jane started her acting career as Jane Wilson on the NBC soap opera Santa Barbara in 1986-87, for which she was nominated for a Best Newcomer Soap Opera Digest Awards. In 1989, she won the role of Laurie Parr on the CBS comedy The Famous Teddy Z, co-starring with Jon Cryer and Alex Rocco. The series lasted one season. In 1991, she was cast as status-conscious bombshell Heddy Newman on the Fox sitcom Herman's Head which quickly gained a cult following on the young broadcast network and lasted four seasons. Beginning in 1994, she played the occasional role of Carol Willick on Friends, a part-time stint that lasted until the end of the show's seventh season in 2001. During her Friends association, Sibbett had regular roles on the short-lived CBS sitcom If Not for You (1995), playing the jilted fiancee of her former Herman's Head co-star Hank Azaria, and in the second season of The WB's Nick Freno: Licensed Teacher (1997-98), playing school headmaster Dr. Katherine Emerson. She has also appeared in more than 200 episodes of multiple TV series, including 21 Jump Street and The Nanny. Recently she has co-produced four documentaries on Braco, a Croatian faith healer, with her company, Wild Aloha Studios, in 2010, 2011 and 2012. The latest, Evolution, was released on August 30, 2013 and she has produced hundreds of live and live streaming events with Braco, activator Mas Sajady, and most recently internationally renowned conduit Abdy Electriciteh.

Steve Cooper talks with musician Dave Bickler. Dave started his musical career as lead singer of 1970s rock group Jamestown Massacre (Billboard Top 100 song "Summer Sun") and doing commercial jingle work in Chicago.  He was lead singer of the Grammy Award-winning rock band Survivor from 1977–1983 and 1993–1999. From 1999-2009, he was the singing voice behind the highly successful (most award-winning radio campaign in advertising history!) 'Real Men of Genius' Bud Light radio and TV commercials, including promotional events where he sang live spots and the National Anthem at major sporting events across the country. He toured the US 2013-2014 with Survivor and currently putting finishing touches on his solo project.

Steve Cooper talks with drummer David Uosikkinen. David has played drums with The Hooters for over 30 years and has recorded and performed with Alice Cooper, Rod Stewart, Cyndi Lauper, Taj Mahal and Patty Smyth, as well as with many other emerging artists. In addition, David has performed on extensive international tours, including Live Aid, Amnesty International and Roger Waters’ The Wall in Berlin. In 2011 he launched In The Pocket: Essential Songs of Philadelphia which records and makes documentary music videos of classic tunes from the City of Brotherly Love and he also created Dave U Drums, an internet service where musicians send him an outline of a song, pay a recording fee, and Uosikkinen will deliver a finished drum track within 72 hours.

Steve Cooper talks with actor Matt McCoy. Matt known for Police Academy 5: Assignment Miami Beach and Police Academy 6: City Under Siege as Sgt. Nick Lassard. His motion picture credits have included White Wolves: A Cry in the Wild II, the Curtis Hanson films The Hand That Rocks the Cradle  and L.A. Confidential as well as the action comedy National Security and he has appeared in three Bigfoot-themed movies: Bigfoot: The Unforgettable Encounter , Little Bigfoot and Abominable. He has worked regularly on television. His credits include starring in the sitcom We Got It Made, and guest appearances on Murder, She Wrote, Star Trek: The Next Generation,The Golden Girls, The Nanny, L.A. Law, Melrose Place, NYPD Blue, Chicago Hope, Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, Six Feet Under, The West Wing, Carnivàle, CSI: NY, Silicon Valley, True Detective, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, NCIS, Reba, and Huff and also played Lloyd Braun in three episodes of Seinfeld. In 2014, he began appearing as spokesman in commercials for The Hartford Insurance Company, of which he was identified as a customer on the "compensated endorser" principle.

Steve Cooper talks with actor Kyle Secor.  Kyle is best known for his role as Detective Tim Bayliss on the crime drama Homicide: Life on the Street. His first major television role was the character Brian Bradford on the soap opera Santa Barbara, soon followed by a stint on the hospital drama St. Elsewhere, in which he played Bret Johnson, a patient dying of AIDS. After working in several movies, including Heart of Dixie, City Slickers, Sleeping with the Enemy, Delusion and Untamed Heart. He was cast as Det. Tim Bayliss in the pilot of Homicide: Life on the Street in 1993, a role which he would fill for the entirety of the series. He then had recurring roles in shows such as Party of Five, City of Angels, Philly and Veronica Mars. From 2005 to 2006, he starred with Geena Davis in ABC's Commander in Chief, playing Rod Calloway, the husband of the female President. He has been keeping busy ever since guest starring on such shows as Aquarius, Agent X, American Horror Story, Resurrection, Scandal, Castle, Private Practice and Hawaii Five-0 to mention a few and can be seen in the upcoming feature The Purge: Election Year.

Steve Cooper talks with actor Ione Skye. Ione is best known for her role as Diane Court in the iconic 80s film Say Anything written and directed by Cameron Crowe. She has starred in many films including River's Edge, Wayne's World, Gas Food Lodging, Four Rooms, Fever Pitch, Bad Girls Behind Bars and appeared in television shows such as Covington Cross, The Twilight Zone, The Dead Zone, Private Practice and Arrested Development. She is also an accomplished painter having art shows in Tokyo and Los Angeles and recently had a children's book published. 

Steve Cooper talks with guitarist Greg Hetson. Greg is known as the Gordie Howe of Punk”, has been a staple of the L.A. punk scene since 1979. He got his start playing in the influential Red Kross, leaving in ’80 to form the Circle Jerks (featured in The Decline of Western Civilization Vol. I). Since 1984, he has split his time between Bad Religion, the Circle Jerks and a variety of other projects including more recently Black President (with members of Goldfinger, Unwritten Law and Guttermouth), Punk Rock Karoke (with members of NOFX and Social Distortion), and GFP. He is currently working on recording tracks utilizing many musical genres. 

Steve Cooper talks with comic Steve McGrew. Steve better known as 'Mudflap' (the hellbent southern gent) has been featured on Comedy Central in his own half hour special. He can be heard on 24/7 Comedy and on Sirius XM radio. He has released several comedy CDs, his latest, One Sick Puppy, is now available on iTunes. He is a regular at Brad Garrett's Comedy Club, The Laugh Factory and Sin City Comedy club in Las Vegas. He is also in high demand for comedy clubs and casino shows all around the country. He performs regularly in London and around the UK and in China. Additionally, he has opened concerts for several rock and country artists. He was an award winning morning radio host with 3 CMAs (country music awards) and currently is the host of the popular podcasts Re-Masculate and Wrinkled Sheets. 
 

Steve Cooper talks with drummer Phil Varone. Phil is a founding and former member of the band Saigon Kick from 1988–1996 and from 2012–2015. While out of Saigon Kick for several years, some of which Saigon Kick wasn't active, he played for Prunella Scales, Skid Row, and Vince Neil. When he left the music business in 2004 he decided to pursue a career in acting and stand up comedy. He appeared as a celebrity customer in an episode of Miami Ink, in which he got a tattoo of his son's name. He also appeared in episodes of the Showtime series Californication, and the CBS series Numbers and appeared the E! program Inside Celebrity Rehabs, the NBC game show Identity, in which he was correctly matched to his identity as a rock and roll drummer, and on an episode of Celebrity Ghost Stories on the BIO Channel. He also appeared in an Asian Nokia TV commercial. He has participated in Sex Rehab with Dr. Drew and appeared on episodes of Oprah,The Tyra Banks Show and the Today show. Years ago he was a Playgirl centerfold and in April 2013 Un-Philtered: Real Life On and Off the Rock'n'Roll Tour Bus, a tell-all memoir of his days on the road, was published by Riverdale Ave Books.

Steve Cooper talks with bassist Francesco DiCosmo. Francesco played with a number of bands in the northeastern Pennsylvania area, before moving to Los Angeles and being chosen by Billy Sheehan to take part in the Musicians Institute Scholarship Contest. He attended the Institute during the 1990s, graduating in 1995, and subsequently teaching and providing private tuition. In the late 1990s he joined Mumbo's Brain with former Megadeth guitarist Chris Poland, and also performed on Poland's solo album Chasing the Sun. He later worked with Stanley Whittaker with whom he formed Spirit Noise, along with his brother Rico DiCosmo. He subsequently undertook more session work with a number of artists. In 2002, DiCosmo worked with Evanescence on their debut album Fallen, which was released the following year. The album produced a number of hit singles featuring him on bass including Bring Me to Life and My Immortal. Between 2007 and 2009, DiCosmo played bass guitar as a member of Thin Lizzy and later toured with ex-Toto frontman Bobby Kimball and returned to session work with artists such as Ronnie Montrose and Jason Bonham.

Steve Cooper talk with actor/artist Eric Lutes. Eric is best known known for his roles as Del Cassidy on Caroline in the City, Jerry Stanton in Switching Goals and Jake Carlson on So Little Time, both starring Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen. His career started with several commercial spots. He then moved to New York and appeared in many off-Broadway productions before finally making the move to Lo Angeles where he landed the role on Caroline in the City. Steve Cooper talks with actress Kirsten Vangsness. Kirsten is best known as the bespectacled-brainiac-tech-kitten Penelope Garcia on the CBS hit drama Criminal Minds (and its spin-off Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior). She has had a long and varied career prior to joining the cast of the hit CBS series. Stage appearances include Perfuct, The Book of Liz and a number of plays at Hollywood's Theatre of NOTE (where she has been a longtime member and past president of that theater's Artistic Board), including The Learned Ladies, The Fan Maroo, Spider Bites and A Mulholland Christmas Carol. Her stage work has garnered the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Natalie Schafer Award for best emerging comic actress, the 15 Minutes of Fem Best Actress Award, and a Garland Award for best actress for the West Coast premiere of Neil LaBute's Fat Pig at the Geffen Playhouse. She was recently seen on stage as the torch-singing femme fatale in Bill Robens' critically acclaimed film noir spoof Kill Me, Deadly which has been made into a feature starring and executive produced by her.

Steve Cooper talks with actor/writer/director Mark Polish. Mark broke onto the independent filmmaking scene at the Sundance Film Festival in 1999 with the premiere of his first film Twin Falls Idaho, an atmospheric and heartfelt tale of conjoined twins, which he co-wrote and starred in with his identical twin brother Michael Polish. His second film, Jackpot, received the John Cassavetes Best Independent Film Award at the 2001 Spirit Awards and the New American Cinema Award at the 2001 Seattle International Film Festival. His third film, Northfolk, premiered at the 2003 Sundance Film Festival and was hailed by Roger Ebert as “a masterpiece.” For Lovers Only, a black and white homage to the French New Wave, starred him and Stana Katic as regretful former lovers reunited in France by fate. The film was released on iTunes where it remained at number one for three weeks. His next film, Headlock, which he wrote, directed and stars alongside Dianna Agron, will premiere in 2016. Filmed on location in over 15 countries, the story centers on married intelligence traffickers battling nano-terrorism. He also co-wrote The Declaration of Independent Filmmaking, a practical guide to writing, shooting, editing, scoring and distributing films, published by Harcourt.

Steve Cooper talks with actor Amanda Wyss. Amanda was discovered by an agent as a teen while starring in the play, The Bad Seed at a local LA theatre and then went on to work in many commercials and landed her first television role, recurring on Universal's When the Whistle Blows as Dolph Sweet's daughter. Some of her most memorable film performances were in Fast Times at Ridgemont High, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Better Off Dead, Silverado, and the award-winning Powwow Highway. She's also worked extensively in television, with recurring roles on St. Elsewhere, Cagney & Lacey, Highlander, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and Dexter. She is honored to lend her time and talent to environmental organizations, The Erudio Project, Technology for Peace and Project Happiness. Steve Cooper talks with comic/actor/writer Lou DiMaggio. Lou began his career as a comic in NYC in the boom 80’s. After moving to Los Angeles he appeared in many national commercials, TV shows and films. He’s probably best know for his role as a restaurant investor alongside Ted Danson and Michael York in Curb Your Enthusiasm. He also won an Emmy for writing on Win Ben Stein’s Money. He stopped doing stand-up in the late 90’s but is now making a comeback which is documented in the film he’s currently making with director Brad Kuhlman entitled, Where Have you Gone Lou DiMaggio? This film explores the process of returning to the stand-up stage after an 18 year hiatus. It features appearances from such comedy greats as Larry David, Ray Romano, Colin Quinn, Jeff Garlin Joy Behar, Susie Essman, Howie Mandel and many more.

Steve Cooper talks with comic/actor Gene Pompa. Gene’s television credits include numerous appearances on Late Night with Conan O'Brien and several appearances on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson on CBS. Other credits include Comedy Central, The Arsenio Hall Show, HBO, The Latino Laugh Festival on Showtime, BET, Scrubs and In Living Color. He has appeared in two Happy Madison films Just Go With It with Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston and Bucky Larson: Born To Be A Star starring Nick Swardson, Christina Ricci, and Don Johnson. More recently, he starred and produced two one hour comedy specials at The Club Nokia in Downtown Los Angeles at L.A. Live. He also starred in two ½ hour solo stand-up specials, Pompalicious for Comedy Central and a self-titled ½ hour stand-up special for Nuvo TV.

Steve Cooper talks with actor Charley Koontz. Charley is best known for his work as Fat/Real Neil in Community and currently starring as FBI agent Daniel Krumitz on CBS' hit television series, CSI:CYBER. His additional television credits include Perfect Couples, Awake and a recurring role in Royal Pains. His first film, Rubber, directed by Quentin Dupieux, premiered at the 2010 Cannes Film Festival and garnered an enthusiastic and dedicated cult following. He worked with Dupieux again in the 2011 film Wrong. His additional film credits include the thriller Contracted, directed by Eric England, and the prison-set paranormal film, Apparitional.  Also, he is part of the Los Angeles based Shakespeare theatre company Will & Company.

Steve Cooper talks with actor/comic Erica Rhodes. Erica Rhodes started her entertainment career by voicing the conscience of legendary humorist and writer, Garrison Keillor on NPR's A Prairie Home Companion and has worked on that show ever since. In 2012, she also became a writer for the show when it toured Houston, NYC and San Francisco. She starred in the cult horror film Plague Town and recently wrapped a supporting role in Play Nice, directed by Rodman Flender and starring Mary Lynn Rajskub. She also starred in Big Sky, an indie road trip movie that followed a young couple's journey from L.A. to Montana.   She co-created and starred in the award-winning web series Apt. 45, but is probably best known for the character of Sandy in Iron Sink Media's web series Upstairs Girls and her own hit spin-off Sandy's Channel.  She produced and starred (with Ray Wise and Oscar nominee Sally Kirkland) in the short film Posey which premiered at the 2013 Idyllwild Cinema Fest and made the festival rounds, garnering many awards.   She was also nominated by the 2015 Los Angeles Short Film Festival as "Best Actress" for her work in The Platinum Plan. Recent TV credits include Fox's New Girl, IFC's Comedy Bang Bang and Comedy Central's Why? With Hannibal Buress.  She has also guested on The Howard Stern Wrap-up Show on Sirius XM after being named on his site as number one of the top nine comics to watch and has had appearances on AXS' Live at Gotham and the syndicated Comics Unleashed.  

Steve Cooper talks with drummer Kenny Aronoff. Kenny is one of the world's most influential and in-demand drummers. Steve Cooper talks with actor Catherine Dent. Catherine is best known for the role of Danielle "Danny" Sofer in the FX series The Shield. She has starred in film and in television as of the early 1990's. Her first feature film was the 1994 movie Nobody's Fool. On television she played Janice Talbert in One Life to Live, and well has made many guest appearances on several TV shows, such as on The Pretender, The X-Files, The Invisible Man, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, The Sopranos, Frasier, Judging Amy, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Without a Trace, Grey's Anatomy, NCIS, The Mentalist, The Player, Castle, Rake and The Astronaut Wives Club. Steve Cooper talks with TV/Film writers Robb Cullen and Scott Hodges. Robb has created the TV series Lucky, Gary the Rat, Heist, Back in the Game and Mr. Robinson, written for the show Las Vegas and wrote the movie Cop Out all with his brother and they recently co-directed their latest screenplay called Going Under. Scott parlayed a successful career as a producer for talk radio into a TV writing career where he has been on staff for the shows Back in the Game and Mr. Robinson. Him and Robb are currently developing TV series and screenplays together.

Steve Cooper talks with actor Jodi Lyn O'Keefe. Jodi Lyn portrayed Cassidy Bridges on Nash Bridges. She is also known for her role on Prison Break as Gretchen Morgan, a.k.a. Susan B. Anthony and as Josette "Jo" Laughlin in The Vampire Diaries. She made her big screen debut in 1998 in Halloween H20: 20 Years Later and later starred in such films as The Crow: Salvation, Whatever It Takes and Devil In The Flesh 2. Steve Cooper talks with writer Ivor Davis. Ivor first came to America in the early sixties and was appointed West Coast correspondent for the 4-million-a-day circulation London Daily Express in l963. His first big assignment came the following year: to hang out, travel with and get to know the four members of a new pop group from Liverpool who were tearing up the world with their music: the Beatles. Over more than four decades as a writer for the Express and the Times of London, he covered major events in North America. He penned a weekly entertainment column for the New York Times Syndicate for over 15 years, interviewing some of the biggest names in show business, from Cary Grant to Elizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton to Tom Cruise and Muhammad Ali. He also covered Robert Kennedy’s 1968 presidential bid and was in the Ambassador Hotel the night Kennedy was assassinated and was one of the Boys on the Bus chronicling the life of actor-turned-politician Ronald Reagan, first in his campaign for governor of California, then for president. In l969 he co-wrote Five to Die, the first book ever published about the Sharon Tate murders. (The book was updated in 2011.)  As a foreign correspondent, he traveled throughout the western hemisphere covering riots, floods, earthquakes and politics. As Editor at Large for Los Angeles Magazine. he and his late wife Sally Ogle Davis wrote over 100 major magazine and cover stories and has reported on four World Soccer Cups for CBS radio.

Mackenzie is an actress and singer best known for her roles in American Graffiti and as rebellious teenager Julie Cooper on the sitcom One Day at a Time.
